​Bino N’ Booze  captures the fun of your local hot pot spot, while bringing a modern twist to traditional Hong Kong flavours. We did this by pairing various types of alcohols in our signature soup bases to enhance the flavours, while keeping our ingredients simple and natural. The alcohol adds a unique dimension to the hot pot experience as its flavor and aroma changes as the soup simmers down.
