At Bino and Booze, we combine authentic Hong Kong flavors with a fun twist that evolves as you cook. We did this by pairing various types of alcohols in our signature soup bases to enhance the flavours, while keeping our ingredients simple and natural. So, whether you are celebrating something big or small we've put together a pairing menu and modern venue that reflects what it means to experience centuries old hot pot traditions in modern day Hong Kong.
